After his schooling, Sebastian completed a three year Bachelor of Applied Science (Surveying) Degree at Curtin University in 1993. He then went on to serve his two year article period under Rod Hedderwick, passed the Surveyors Licensing Board's practical and oral exams and was registered as a Licensed Surveyor in 1996.
Sebastian began his career with Harley Global in Albany, and with a natural talent for leadership became a partner and client manager within three years. Character traits of ambition, drive and talent were evident from the outset of Sebastian's career, resulting in a relocation to Bunbury in 2001 to take on the position of Branch Manager, advancing to a member of Harley Global's board in 2005 and Consulting Regional Leader in 2010.
Sebastian has forged strong client liaison and consultation skills throughout his career, founded on a pro-active, can do attitude.
His ambition to continually improve the business operations of Harley Global has seen him play a major role in the development of quality management systems and the introduction of technology as a tool to drive and improve business systems.
The key aspects of Sebastian's role involve overseeing Harley Global's Regional Consulting Team, who offer valuable land development and consultation advice to clients, as well as framing the strategic direction of Harley Global through his positon as a Board Member.
