Keeping track of a company's finances is a vital task. Chelsea embraces this role and is an important addition to Harley Global's Business Services team. She has a Bachelor of Business, majoring both in Accounting and Public Practice, and previously worked for a Public Accountant for two years, before joining the company in early 2008.
As part of Harley Global's Business Services team, her current tasks include recording and monitoring all financial transactions as well as providing assistance to Iain Massey, Business Services Leader, for budgeting and business performance reporting.
Whilst she might affectionately be called a bean-counter or number-cruncher, Chelsea believes accounting and finances aren't just about the numbers. She understands her importance in the bigger picture, and carries out her role with pride and focused application.
Chelsea continuously seeks more efficient methods and has greatly improved the efficiency of the finance department since joining the team.
