Emu Point Project

Harley Global's strategy to gather and lead a local multi disciplinary team, capable of creating a sustainable planning outcome, has certainly had an impact, with the award of the Emu Point Structure Plan project from Landcorp. This project includes the detailed structure planning, landscape design and identification of urban design policies for Landcorp's 34ha Emu Point development near Albany.

In line with sustainability principles, Emu Point will be an environmentally-friendly residential community that complements its coastal and bushland setting. Landcorp hopes to make the Emu Point community an example of how to respond to, rather than impact, the natural environment.
