Matt Armour is yet another Harley Global student success story, when a day of work experience in the field with the Harley Global team, introduced him to a whole new career pathway. Previously studying accounting, Matt's taste of the industry with some of the most experienced engineering surveyors in the business saw him quickly rethink his chosen profession. Being outdoors, working on diverse projects, and a solid career prospect was an easy choice for Matt.
Matt has since completed the Engineering Surveying Diploma, and is now beginning the practical element of the course with Harley Global's Field Services team in Bunbury as a Survey Assistant. Commencing in January 2011, Matt is already busy working on projects with the other team members, providing a great hands-on element to his studies.
Soaking up all he can from the people around him, his outlook for the future is positive and enthusiastic and he is a welcome addition to the busy Field Team, who provide him with an opportunity to learn their skills, first hand.
