Simona started her time with Harley Global in June 2001 in Albany, as secretary to Rod Hedderwick. She was then promoted to the role of Operations Co-ordinator, assisting Aarron Caldwell, Production Manager, in all aspects of operations.
After working previously as a secretary and conveyancing clerk for a busy law firm, Simona really knows how to manage an office.
Efficiency and effectiveness is her motto, yet she's not afraid to spend time doing those extra 'little things' for clients that define the Harley Global's level of service. She aims to always exceed expectations, to impress and deliver within appropriate timeframes.
Simona's communication and client liaison skills are hard to come by, and her friendly and professional nature enables positive staff and client relationships to be established and maintained.
Her role as Operations Coordinator ensures she always provides valuable support and assistance to all staff and clients alike. She is skilled in the art of multi-tasking, with an ability to monitor and manage a wide variety of projects and clients whilst still offering super-efficient service at all times.
