A Remarquable Development

Another project on Harley Global's busy schedule has been working with Heath Development on an exciting new land estate in Denmark, titled 'Denmarque'.

The estate is set to comprise 380 fully serviced lots ranging from 576m2 to 4000m2. It is located just off the South Coast Highway in a spectacular rural setting, with views over Denmark's Wilsons Inlet.

Harley Global have assisted the project in a multidisciplinary sense, compiling the source land, as well as providing detailed mapping to assist with all application, design and approval processes.

The undulating landscape provided some design and construction challenges for the developers, however with Harley Global's assistance these challenges were overcome. Accurate mapping of the ground features was absolutely essential in facilitating the project's smooth transition from planning to construction. Mapping included well structured and clearly presented data showing contours, service locations, water courses, significant trees and other environmental elements to be protected, restored or enhanced.

Lot designs incorporate the information for passive solar design and orientation, terrain fitting and servicing with drainage, sewer water supply, underground power and road formations that minimise impact for access to lots.
